Bees have been a recurrent presence for me over the last few months and I know they are a spiritual representation of what is going on in my life, both physically and mentally. I have been shouldering a lot of burdens, overextending myself and not really enjoying the fruits of my labours.

With that said, I have developed this workshop based on rituals and intentions that I have been putting out into the universe recently and I'd like to welcome you to my hive for the afternoon!

The workshop will also include a beautiful relaxation exercise led by Julie, an amazing yoga practitioner and healer.
